Request data deletion

You can ask us to delete your child's Hey Duggu profile and data. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes the learner profile and eligible learning, conversation, feedback, alert and analytics records. Deleting the account removes all learner profiles under it. A restricted safety report, security log or deletion record may be kept where child-safety or other law requires it. It is deleted when that requirement ends.

Fastest way: in the app

Open Hey Duggu → Parent area (enter your PIN) → Delete child data. You can also export a copy of the data there first.

Fill this in to open a ready-to-send email to our privacy team. We will confirm the request, verify the parent account and tell you when deletion is complete.
