Can my child chat with strangers?

No. Hey Duggu is an AI learning assistant. It has no stranger, anonymous or child-to-child chat.

Can my child browse the open internet?

No. Children cannot browse the open internet through Hey Duggu. Approved features may use restricted sources to prepare an answer.

How does Duggu prevent homework cheating?

Default homework help is hint-first. Duggu asks what the child tried, explains mistakes and records answer-check activity.

Can I delete my child's data?

Yes. Parents can request export, consent withdrawal and deletion from Parent Zone or the web deletion page.

Does Hey Duggu ask for personal information?

Hey Duggu does not ask children for photos, school name, address, precise location, contacts, passwords or OTPs. Safety checks are designed to detect and redact personal details, but no automated check is perfect. Please remind children not to share personal information.

Does Hey Duggu save conversations?

Everyday conversations are not saved by default. A parent can choose to save them. A restricted copy of a serious safety event may be kept for safety or legal review.

Can AI answers be wrong?

Yes. AI can make mistakes. Important answers should be checked with a teacher, textbook or trusted adult.

Can children change age modes?

No. Age and grade changes route to Parent Zone and require PIN or verification.
