Hey Duggu is an AI learning helper for children, controlled by a parent or lawful guardian. By using Hey Duggu, the parent accepts these terms for themselves and on behalf of the child profile they create.

Parent responsibility

The parent is responsible for creating and managing child profiles, keeping the parent PIN private, supervising the child's use, and choosing privacy settings.

AI output

Duggu is an AI helper, not a human teacher. AI answers may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Hey Duggu is not medical, legal, mental-health, emergency, or professional advice. Children should ask a trusted adult for serious or personal problems.

Child safety

Hey Duggu screens child questions and AI answers, may replace unsafe content, may create safety alerts, and allows in-app reporting of AI answers. Attempts to use the app to exploit, groom, harass, or endanger children are prohibited.

Accounts and deletion

The parent controls the account and learner profiles they create. Parents may download eligible child data or request deletion from Parent Zone or the web deletion page. Some restricted safety, security or legal records may need to be kept for a limited period.

Payments

If subscriptions or in-app purchases are added later, they will use approved store billing, show clear renewal/cancellation terms, and sit behind a parent gate.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, bypass safety systems, extract secrets, attack the service, upload unlawful content, or use the app for targeted advertising or profiling of children.

Service changes and availability

We may update features to improve learning, safety, security or legal compliance. We may limit or suspend access where an account is misused or a child may be at risk. We will use reasonable care to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
