The PIN protects parent-only settings. Do not share it with the learner. Use the parent verification option if the PIN is forgotten or locked.
A parent must confirm guardian status, review the required and optional privacy choices, add the learner’s age and class, and create a Parent Zone PIN before learning starts.
Tap the microphone and allow permission when asked. Check the phone or browser microphone setting if it still does not work. The learner can continue by typing.
Tap Report on the answer, choose the reason and submit. Use this when an answer feels unsafe, upsetting or wrong. Serious concerns are sent for appropriate safety review.
Everyday conversations are not saved by default. A parent can change transcript saving in Parent Zone. A restricted copy of a serious safety event may still be kept for safety or legal review.
Open Parent Zone to download eligible learner data or delete a learner profile. You can also use the web deletion page without opening the app.
Allow notifications for Hey Duggu and check battery, data and focus settings. Delivery can be delayed by the network or phone settings.
Check the internet connection, reopen Hey Duggu and install any available update. If the problem continues, contact support with the device type and what happened. Do not include a child’s chat text or other sensitive information.
